What does a private transfer mean?
Private or Comfort Transfers refer to rides with vehicles and a dedicated driver. You are picked up directly from the airport or hotel and taken straight to your destination without any detours. Compared to a shuttle bus, this saves you the waiting time for other passengers, stops along the way, and drop-offs at additional hotels. For private transfers, a fixed price is charged per route.

How can I book a transfer with you?
For a binding transfer booking, please first select your vehicle and then click on 'Book' to fill out the booking form.

How do I receive confirmation for my transfer?
After booking, you will receive your confirmation via email. It is rare, but sometimes our email may be marked as spam and end up in the spam folder. If you cannot find the confirmation there either, please contact us.

Please first check your spam folder. If the confirmation is not there either, please contact us.

How early and how short notice can I book a transfer?
You can book the transfer as soon as you receive your travel documents – but no later than 12 hours before your arrival.

Can I also book a one-way transfer?
Yes, you can book either just the one-way transfer or just the return transfer.

How does the transfer to the airport work?
We will pick you up at the specified time and location on time and drive you directly to the airport.

Do you transport pets as well?
Yes, for a fee, as long as they are placed in a carrier.

Are the prices fixed? Is there an additional charge?
Only for extra luggage and special requests may additional costs apply.

What happens if the flight times change?
We follow the online flight schedule around the clock. In the event of delays or changes, we will wait for you. If you are informed of a flight time change before or during your vacation, please let us know by phone or email.

Is it possible to book a child seat, a baby carrier, or a booster seat?
Yes, of course. These can be booked for an additional fee.

I have booked a round-trip transfer. Do I pay the full amount upon arrival?
Yes, the full amount for the round-trip transfer is due in cash upon arrival, in either Euros or Turkish Lira. Unfortunately, we do not accept any other payment methods.

How will I know the pickup time for the return transfer?
You will receive a receipt from us with your pickup time noted.

I was not picked up. How do I find a contact person?

Can I cancel the transfer?
Cancellation is possible at any time. Please make the cancellation independently via: info@dertransfer.com. The following fees apply: - Cancellations up to 2 days before the start of the journey are free of charge. - For cancellations made 1 day before the start of the journey, 100% of the transfer price will be charged or withheld.
