Contract Modifications: “Der Transfer” reserves the right to modify the terms of the contract if necessary. If you have any questions regarding our terms, please contact our customer service.
Payment: When booking a round trip transfer, the total amount is to be paid in cash during the first journey.
Services: “Der Transfer” is a platform that facilitates the conclusion of purchase agreements for services between buyers and providers (transport service providers).
By purchasing a service that requires payment on our website, the provider is obligated to perform the booked service.
The contract is concluded between the buyer (person completing the booking) and the provider (transport service provider). “Der Transfer” is not responsible for any discrepancies between the two parties.
Buyer’s Obligations: The buyer is responsible for verifying the provided transfer details (such as pickup location and time) before booking. Incorrect information must be corrected immediately.
Changes to Travel Plans: Please inform us immediately if there are changes to your travel plans that affect the booked transfer. In the case of delayed notifications, any additional costs may be borne by the customer.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations must be communicated to “Der Transfer” via email, WhatsApp, or phone.
- For cancellations up to 48 hours before the first transfer, no fee will be charged.
- For cancellations between 48 and 24 hours before the first transfer, 50% of the agreed price must be paid.
- For cancellations less than 24 hours before the first transfer, the full price is payable.
Obligations of “Der Transfer”: “Der Transfer” solely acts as an intermediary for transport services and is not liable for complaints or damages caused by the transporter.
No liability is accepted for:
- Loss of items
- Delays or missed flights
- Accidents, injuries, or hospital costs
- Additional costs arising from delays
Contract Modifications: “Der Transfer” reserves the right to change the terms and conditions as well as prices at any time. The buyer will not be specifically informed about such changes and acknowledges them by using the website.
The court of jurisdiction is Antalya.
